In chapter 1:7-8, God is calling Jeremiah and says this to him:
But the LORD said to me, "Do not say, 'I am only a child.' You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you," declares the LORD.

I am bummed I didn't get to meet you. I totally GET your love for the people of Haiti! Haiti Christian Mission is run by Etienne Prophete in Fond Parisien. He could use some local support. I tried to explain Hands Across Haiti, but I don't think I explained it well enough. The goal is to support Haitian missions and form a network within the community, right?
