This week we got to visit Mt. Rumpke, in Colerain. Did you know they give tours? Most of the trash (60%) you see pictured could have been recycled. We went up 1000 ft. to the flag (visible from I275.) We were able to see how they pump out their methane gas into their storage tanks.They also have a separate area for yard waste and you could see how they make compost. We were impressed with the tour.
